I have been going to Clarity Medi Spa for almost six years...one of my friends told me about Inna at Clarity Medi Spa and I was instantly hooked. Inna is very professional, very sweet, and most importantly, she's is great at lash application! I am now addicted to having long lashes!!!
Now that we must wear masks indoors, people are pretty much just seeing our eyes! If you don't have long beautiful eyelashes get them at Clarity Medi Spa. Inna will make your lashes look amazing!!!

Went here for Mink lash extensions from a groupon and the experience was wonderful. I was going out of town and Inna was booked but came in at 8 am on Sat to ensure I got the lashes before my trip. It took her about 45 min for the full set and they looked exactly like the picture I asked for. I needed a refill in one week, only because I was in the salt water ocean, the pool, and the heat all weekend. Even with that, the lashes stayed on through the whole vacation and only fell out after I messed with them. I have had strips before that made me blink constantly, I can't even feel these

I had lash extensions done here after my mom gifted me a groupon. The location was out of the way for me and hard to find, but I was happy with the lash extensions. It was my first time getting lash extensions and they were very natural. I wish they were a little fuller but that's just a personal preference. I don't know what to expect (due to the location) but I was happy with the outcome. I just wish the location was more convenient.

I got the Living Social deal for eyelash extensions and I had a great experience! Inna is really great at applying each lash with care! If you make an appointment they will give you the living social price without having to buy the voucher - $65 for a full set, and $35 fill-ins every 3 weeks or so. Inna did my & my mom's lashes for my wedding and they looked really natural but amazing! I get compliments on them all the time and I have had 3 fill-ins- I'm a customer for life!

This is the 2nd attempt at lash extensions. First go around - I just kept having problems & always felt they were overdone. Upon arrival she listened to my previous experience and made me very comfortable. I could not be any happier with not only the feel (or lack there of) and the beautiful natural appearance. Over the top happy!!! I will be a regular for sure!

Went here for a "mink" eyelash extension living social deal. The place was difficult to find- as others have said, it was in the basement hidden on the side of a beauty school at a strip mall. It certainly didn't look like a legit establishment. I should have bowed out when I got there, but I had already paid for the living social deal so I figured I'd give it a try. I saw another woman leaving as I got there and she had just had her lashes done and it looked pretty bad- the technician explained this was because the older woman's lashes were sparse and not naturally

First of all, it took me forever to find this place (it is on the side of the strip mall in the basement).
Clarity Medispa doesn't make an attempt to be either medical office or spa...so don't come expecting things to be sterile, and don't come expecting relaxation either.
It's down and dirty, and I do mean dirty. Dingy is a good way to describe it.

Completely do not understand previous reviews. Had my laser hair removal there- all six treatments and did not have any problems at all. Results were great and customer service was nice and friendly(well i never try to be rude to anybody either). The technician was very professional and straight forward- they also recomended some other treatments for me that I never considered and now I see great difference in my appearance. Never saw the place to be dirty(it's not the Red Door Spa- but the price is much more reasonable). Entrance is kind of hidden, but the only "shady" part about

I had two photofacials here using a Groupon voucher and was very disappointed. The location is in a low-end strip mall in a slightly sketchy part of town. The office is clean, but not medical-looking. The equipment seemed old. My results were very minimal improvement - not at all like the results I got from trying the other place. English was a second language for everyone I met working here. I would recommend against this place.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Imma, the front desk girl is very rude! The staff are very unprofessional and terrible. The machine they use for laser hair removal is antiquated and old and doesn't even work. You wait for hours. Their machine keeps breaking down and they don't call you to tell you. So often times I would drive there only to find out that their machine wasn't working. Please don't waste your time. DON'T COME HERE. I had a terrible experience here! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I bought a Groupon, decided to make an appointment. The never picked up a phone or returned my calls. So, I drove down there. The place looked dark and dirty, but I made an appointment anyway. BTW, when I walked in, the receptionist did not even greet me. She asked me: "do you have an appointment?" she looked very surprised to see a client. I said I am here to make one since you don't pick up the phone. She told me that she didn't hear anyone calling... She was super rude. Making an appointment was a real problem. She scheduled me to come back in two months

Maybe it was because I was the first appointment of the day... but I would go somewhere else more courteous, cleaner and less of a "hey let's start a spa in the basement!" vibe.
Several things instantly made me cringe:
