Mr Bridger may be a very pleasant person but he should no longer be running this service.
I have a few grievances with this business but the primary reason for this review is in regards to the lack of proper handling of the death certificate. This is an important part of the job of a funeral home. The death certificate is vital to the family in obtaining life insurance payments, retirement funds and other benefits. Mr. Bridger NEVER obtained or provided a death certificate after my step father’s death. In fact, almost five months after his death Mr. Bridger continued to claim that
