I have experience with renovations and have worked with a number of other contractors in the past. Eugene and GloRem are top-notch, far and away the best I have ever worked with. I wish I would have found them sooner. They finished my basement, including a bar with stacked stone, gym, and full bath. Eugene offered much needed input on the design, responded to questions quickly and honestly, and processed changes in a clear and up front manner. I had my basement fully finished by GloRem in the midst of the covid pandemic when materials such as wood were expensive, in short supply and high demand. I called them, with no prior knowledge or recommendations, just based off of their online reviews.
The owner Eugene (not a sales rep) provided me a fantastic detailed quote (the day he came out) that was extremely reasonable, thoroughly itemized, thoughtfully explained, and lower than all of the others I received, given the amount of work I wanted done.

Came to my house to quote a large basement remodel project. Was extremely rushed. In and out the door in 10 minutes to quote a 1k square foot basement. I had to ask a ton of questions or else I would get zero information. It's almost as if as soon as he stepped foot in my house he decided he didn't want my business. And of course a few weeks later I've gotten zero emails or calls. No quote was ever received. Go elsewhere.

We found our experience with GloRem to be wonderful. The initial meeting and walk through with Eugene was informative and thorough. We did our due diligence and collected a few estimates. Even though we wound up having them start the project several months after we originally planned, the updated quote GloRem provided was nearly the same, and they were eager to start.

We could not have been happier with the results of the basement remodel by GloRem. What sold us on GloRem was the layout that Eugene created and the detailed quote he provided. We knew exactly what we were getting and what the costs would be if we decided to make changes during the construction.

Eugene from Glorem LLC and project manager Tim were absolutely fantastic. They completed my finished basement which included a bedroom and a full bathroom.
