Dixon Environmental Services (Dixon ES) was founded by Brian A. Dixon in July of 2017. Mr. Dixon is an environmental professional as defined by ASTM E 1527-13 and has over 15 years of professional experience. This experience ranges from ecological sustainability research, to assessment, investigation and remediation of impacted properties.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from the University of California Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington. Mr. Dixon also holds a Real Estate Specialization from the Runstad School of Real Estate.

Dixon ES offers ASTM E1527-13 compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at competitive pricing. The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) associated with current or former land use practices that may have affected the environmental quality of a property.
