I had the gastric sleeve procedure done on December 10, 2021. As of today, January 2nd, I am 24lbs down.
I was nervous to be traveling to a foreign country to have surgery but I have no regrets. The medical staff was so good to me. I’m glad that I went through with this procedure and I encourage anyone who is having second thoughts to do it.

Jet Medical was the best choice I could have made for my gastric sleeve procedure. From the 1st response to my medical application, they have always been quick and thorough. All personnel from the driver's, surgeons, anesthesiologist, medical staff, and administrative were superb. My 2 day hospital stay was great. They took round the clock care of me. Extremely professional team. Very thorough with informing me of step by step, day by day, happenings. Quick to respond when having a questions, whether it be email, text, or call. They set me up at the cleanest facility that has the most wonderful staff imaginable. They were very accommodating for my husband, as well. Could not recommend Jet Medical any more! My experience with Jet Medical was above and beyond anything I ever expected. My shuttle service was perfect from the airport to the hospital, hotel, and recovery house. My surgeon was extremely professional, yet friendly and created a safe place for me to ask questions and release a bit of anxiety! He was super kind and performed an impeccable tummy tuck and arm lift. The hospital staff and room was perfect...so clean!!!

I just want to say my experience with Jet Medical has been amazing from start to finish. Caitlyn, my advisor went above and beyond to keep me updated, answer questions, or anything. Dr Reyes is an amazing person. He has a big heart and cares for his patients in the very best manner and is very professional. If you are thinking about gastric surgery, these are your people. Update: the company has had a very amicable representative reach out and insure me that this is not their standard of practice. The nutritionist is not allowed to force nutrition plans on people, and the receptionist is not allowed to tell people they're too fat to receive the surgery. Kent has been very helpful. But after Kent resolved my issues the receptionist threatened my friend that they would take legal action against me saying "she knows what she did" in reference to a review I wrote. The contract they asked me to sign had a non disparagement component which I didn't
