This company knows manufacturing tech. We are in aerospace and can count on them for absolutely everything. They know ERP, integrations, production floor, and are available every hour of the day. I've dealt with Refresh since they opened over 20 years ago. They've always treated me well and fairly. I've worked with Bob, Stu and Fae the longest. Dev has been a great addition and has become my go-to for support, as others advanced in the company. Refresh is great! We just recently had our WiFi equipment updated through Refresh and they solved all of our issues. We were using equipment that was provided by our internet provider and were having several connection issues in our salon. I reached out to Refresh and they were very responsive, kind, and made us feel confident about the service that we would receive. They visited our shop, looked at our equipment, and knew exactly what to do. They answered every question I had and once everything was installed, the internet was immediately 10x better than what it was previously. The staff at Refresh

We have been utilizing Refresh Technologies for years now and they are always fantastic with speed of response, being thorough, and treating each project with a high level of importance. Whether the cleaning crew kicked your printer power cord out of the wall or you need to make full company upgrade to Office 365 all while running cable for faster wifi, these guys have always gotten the job done for me. The customer service from every technician I have dealt with has always been top notch as well. Calling on them is usually the best experience I have all day!!

We hired Refresh Technologies for deployment of a managed mesh WiFi platform to enhance services at our new Coworking space. We're not engineers down here and weren't under contract with Refresh. Feeling stuck, we were surprised to hear from the president of the company directly. "We're not IT service providers. We're in the business of making people happy." I have to say that Refresh has certainly delivered on that promise. The level of service and response times have been outstanding. Highly recommended.

If you are referred to this company for any warranty work on your Lenovo Products,
TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Call Lenovo and get information for a different service provider as these people are severely deficient in the customer service department.
They kept my device for over 1 1/2 month and still had not fixed it!
When we asked for a progress report, they gave us the run around over and over again.
We were unable to get a straight answer from them and when we spoke to the owner of the company to complain, we were told to "let us fix your thing or you can come and pick it up broken!"
