Norman (the owner) and his son did a fantastic job from start to finish. We needed to replace our furnace and I received bids from four different companies. Norman arrived on time to our place to give us a quote and he was very professional - answering all my questions patiently. Norman quoted a very reasonable price and did not try to upsell any products (one of the other companies tried to do this). After some analysis, I decided to go with Normandy because they offered me the lowest price and matched the best labor warranty. On the day of the job, Norman and his son showed up on time again and

Normandy Heating & Air Conditioning, once again has come to the rescue. Norman Provost (owner) is not one of these companies that comes over, takes a look at your furnace and tells you it needs to be replaced. Norman comes over and actually troubleshoots the problem and then actually REPAIRS your furnace, if possible.
Our pilot light went off on our furnace and we didn't want to risk handling that ourselves. So we called Norman. He scheduled to come over the next day at 8:30am and was right on time. He turned the pilot light back on and stayed awhile to make sure it was working properly
