Body Pros is AWESOME. From the moment I took my car in to get an initial inspection, the owner Inwan was really great! (He might not know it, but thanks to him, I actually was able to get a rental car through my Insurance....even though they repeatedly told me I didn't have coverage for a rental car. Thank you Inwan....for telling me to ASK THEM AGAIN!!) And Lisa was always so helpful and patient on the phone!! I wish I knew EVEYONE's name that works there....because you guys did a REALLY GREAT JOB!! When i got my car back, the repair job was PERFECT. And....my car was returned CLEANER

2018 my brand new Subaru Crosstrek gotten into a rear-end accident. Upon picking up my car it was raining hard and car looked ok - took off lot and realized that i had a black Particle on my windshield. Tried to remove it with a cloth is didn’t come off , with my finder nail it flicked off and under the glass was cracked. Owner of bodypro ( in-won) Claimed it was a welding spark and he was going to replace it - never called in 3 years. I now got into a accident with a pig and in need to fix it - i told the claims adjuster anyone but BodyPros . Island insurance called to see if they would make

The wonderful professionals at Body Pros did an absolutely perfect job of repairing my Jeep. They exceeded my expectations. There was damage to the front bumper and fender. Now my Jeep looks beautiful again. They even washed and vacuumed my Jeep out before I picked it up. It's sparkling clean and smells and looks great inside and out! They fixed my side door that was damaged in an accident. Beautiful work. Like I drove a new car again! Our insurance company recommended we use Body Pros after a parking-lot fender-bender left our older-model Subaru with a lop-sided smile!
I cannot imagine a better experience than the one we just had with Body Pros. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They went out of their way to stay in clear communication plus the work was excellent and completed in record time.
So glad we discovered them and will be using them for all our Bodyshop needs from now on, no question - only wish we had found them years ago!

My practically new car rolled half a mile through a former cane field and got hung up on the edge of a ditch. I was hysterical! First I towed it to a rural body shop near me, but the owner said it was too big a job. The tow guy AND the USAA guy who was doing the estimate both said, "Go to Body Pro." It required $10,000 worth of body work. When they were finished, it looked good as new; I couldn't have been more pleased. The second time, I heard something scraping the bottom of my car on a dirt road in the dark after the hurricane/storm but I kept going, and the rear bumper got bent

I went to this place because the reviews stated that they were quick to give estimates without appointments and really went the extra mile for customer service. But after driving out there they declined to even take a look at my car, which really surprised me. The reason they gave me was that they were only taking customers who were planning to go through insurance. I then asked if they had recommendations of other body shops where I could get a repair, they had nothing to offer other than "call around". Been there 5 times over the years with multiple company cars and eventually my own car. Each time the owner Inwan was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. One time he even got on the ground, picked up a heavy duty professional blow dryer, and reshaped a slight plastic dent so to save me $1000 deductible! Where else can you find that kind of service?

The owner Inwan is very passionate about his work. My girlfriend and I brought in our car that had serval clips broken. He took us in and said that our front bumper should be replaced but in the mean time he did what he could to hold it in just for the time being and installed the clips for us. He said he would call us back on an estimate for an entire replacement bumper and the work he did briefly on the car he let us go free of charge.

Brought my car in on a friday, a week later still no estimate, even though they promised to send it out the same day. Called the shop back and got a VERY rude owner who said they don't know how to upload the estimate so they didn't. When i asked if i should go to another shop that can, since they can't, he got very upset and decided to cancel parts for my car. Thing is, they never did the estimate and nothing was approved!! I went here because my car was hit yesterday and I wanted an estimate. When I arrived I walked to the office and was immediately assisted. We walked out to my car the technician took a look at it said he would be right back. When he returned he proceeded to buff my bumper and voila what do you know there was no damage, just the rubber that was left from the car that had hit me. Now it looks like nothing had happened. I am more than satisfied with the service there and I would absolutely recommend this place to any one who asks.
