I absolutely love everyone that works there! I don't have insurance but they helped me work around it and make my experience as painless as possible I didn't have any questions because they covered everything before I had time to ask them. It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget.
Portacci and staff do a tremendous job. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing which helps the "anxious patient" feel more comfortable. This is a huge deal for most people because no one likes to go to the dentist. Sorry y'all but no one likes the dentist Dr. Portacci also gives the "best shots" ever.
Both my husband and I were very pleased with the entire office! Jennifer took my call to get us both scheduled at the same time for a cleaning. Both our hygienists were caring and professional. Dr. Portacci was very careful to discuss treatment thoroughly, and we would definitely recommend this office to our friends and family.
A. The American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines recommend visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. We believe in preventive care and addressing any issues as soon as possible to avoid bigger problems.

Dr. P and his staff are just...amazing. I went in yesterday to have my front two teeth filled. Now, the last time I had a filling in the front, I had a HORRIBLE experience (different dentist). SO, naturally, I was apprehensive about doing the front again. So many bones and it's so uncomfortable. Y'all, I didn't even feel the shots. I have no idea when he did them. I thought I knew at one point, but I wasn't sure. They were FABULOUS and the confidence I have today is everything! Thank you Dr. P and staff for being amazing and making sure I was good. I will see you all next month!

I recently became a patient at Dr. Portacci office, and it has been such an enjoyable experience. I love every moment of interaction with his team and they always have my best interest in mind. I have extremely sensitive teeth and dental cleanings are usually very,very painful. Stacey did a wonderfully pain free cleaning!! She worked around my health issues to keep me comfortable. Dr. Portacci was thorough in explaining what my options are with some work I need performed. The whole office is state of the art and also very safe in the midst of COVID. Every single person I came in contact with was awesome. I’m so thankful I found this dental office!

Was super nervous today was suppose to have a root canal but unfortunately was unable to save the tooth. Didn’t feel a thin. Besides all the tools. They took good care of me. Super nice and professional. They make sure you are comfortable. The staff is always nice!! I highly recommend this dentist!! Keep up the good work !! Y’all rock!!!

I recently had my first cleaning done with Dr. Portacci and staff. I had just moved to the Mobile area and was in need of a dentist. I saw the reviews online and thought this clinic would be the one to go to and I was not disappointed! The hygienist was extremely thorough and informative during my cleaning, which I really appreciated. She even found glue from braces from years ago that was irritating my gums that I didn’t even know about and my previous dental Hygienist from a different office never even noticed! When Dr. Portacci came in to check things over at the end, he was extremely kind

Dr. Portacci and his staff are excellent. I've had a few procedures and a cleaning now and have been extremely happy. The procedures have been as pain free as possible, the work has been flawless, and have utilized the latest dental technology. Additionally they have done a great job managing my care with respect to my insurance and keeping my out of pocket costs low.

Dr. Portacci has been my dentist for years now and I can honestly say he is one of the kindest, most caring people I have had the pleasure of knowing. He always calls to follow up with his patients the evening after completing a procedure. It's a small gesture that goes a long way. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing then look no further. Dr. Portacci is your guy!
