I would not even rate this company . The worst customer service ! I moved in and found out the furnace unit
Was on contract with this company for its regular maintenance — because I know something about this unit
I noticed there was NO FILTER - someone from maintenance took out the filter and NEVER put it back!
In fact this system has been running for sometime without a FILTER ,which was #370051 PERMANENT
FILTER! I have called them and only been told LIES !! Their is an olderly gentleman that is obnoxiously rude every time he comes to the phone ! What they have done is put a cut out foam

We have been ordering oil from Mohegan for at least 4 years now and have never had any of the problems I just read in the reviews. As a matter of fact I placed an order to have our tank filled this morning. When our furnace went out (twice) they responded pretty quickly...it was our fault...and they were professional and very nice. Whomever has answered our calls in the office have always been pleasant as well. We actually own a home not 2 miles from Anderson Oil which we used as suppliers at first but found Mohegan to be a better fit for us. I would recommend them anytime. The negative reviews
