Services
We are proud to provide Country Village Animal Clinic and the surrounding communities with boarding services. We practice the highest standards of care and cleanliness for patients staying with us. We know that it takes a great deal of trust to leave your pet with someone else, so we want to assure you that we are professional, highly trained, and most of all, we love pets.
When you have animals, emergencies happen. Unfortunately, they are a part of life. Here at Country Village Animal Clinic, we are here to help you and your pet! We know that emergencies (of any kind) are very stressful for both you, your family, and your pet. It is our goal to help you in any way that we can.
Dental care is vital to the overall health of any pet. Dental disease can lead to health issues with the heart, liver, and kidneys, and can affect the entire body through the bloodstream. In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population.
At Country Village Animal Clinic, we are proud to be on the cutting edge of medical technology. Radiology is a technique and diagnostic tool we use to look inside the body in a completely non-invasive way. X-rays allow us to create images of all the body's organs. In other words, the use of radiology gives us a view of the internal organs in your pet's body that we otherwise could not see.
Here at Country Village Animal Clinic, we are proud to offer digital thermal scans for your pet. We enjoy seeing patients from Centerville, Iowa and the surrounding communities. Digital thermal scanning, also known as thermography, is one of the latest advances in veterinary screening.
This tool is specifically designed to detect the origin of functional issues such as injury, lameness, referred pain, or physiological processes prior to the growth of a tumor. It is very similar to a traditional X-ray, ultrasound, CT, or MRI; however, it allows us to look not only at how the problem currently appears but also at changes happening such as fractures increasing or sizeable masses growing.
