Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
When I went in the receptionist was obnoxious. When I followed up the following week because I was not contacted like I was told I would be the receptionist hung up on me, I would never use this law firm again. If they have this kind of person running the front office it makes me question who's running the firm.

Hired him and communication was hard. At one point I tried contacting him and his office about 5 times and I never got a call back even though I had paid him already. I ended up getting a different lawyer and had my money refunded. What was left of it anyway. Total waste of time and money do not go to this lawyer. I think he's close to retiring and just doesn't care about his job anymore.
