An A-1 visa is a diplomatic visa that is issued to foreign officers who are either assigned permanent missions of diplomatic nature or even consular posts and need to enter United States for this reason. They may have work related to official activities here in the U.S.; in order to stay in our country, they are provided the A1 visa.
A person physically located in the U.S., who has a fear of persecution on the basis of race, nationality, political opinion, religion or membership in a certain group, is eligible to apply for asylum in the United States. Once you have been granted asylum, you may then be eligible to apply for an adjustment or status, or a Green Card.

This group is great. I had a question about my husbands citizenship test and ceremony and I called this group and spoke to Mr. Patel who was the most kindest person I have NEVER met. I was not a client, never met them but he helped me with my questions and whats more, asked for my email address to keep in touch with me and follow up on my husbands outcome. Mr. Patel was great and caring about someone he had never met.
