Interstate Wrecker Services picked up my stalled car at my home, with Joe as the driver and I must say, that when he introduced himself, you knew that he new what to do and was there to do it. He first asked me for the keys to the car and proceeded to work like a computerized machine, as he lined the car just right to go up the back of the ramp and onto the trailer. Made sure that all the chains were hooked in at the right places and then asked me if there was anything else. I said you have to take the car to my mechanic. He said I know, the No Name Enterprise on Broadway in Norwood. He said that

Do not use this towing service, even if AAA sends them out to you. My car wouldn't start so I called AAA to have my car towed 9 minutes away to my mechanic. When the guy got there, he didn't even say hello. He immediately just started complaining his back hurt and that he might have to call his boss.
My main complaint is that when he tried to start my car, after i told him it wouldn't start and a AAA tech already had come out, he tells me "time to get a new car, your engine is completely gone. I can tell.". My car is only a 2013 and never yet had any issues so this seemed

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I was told by an employee that I would be able to grab the important things I needed from the car while we were figuring out being able to pay for the bill. The next day when we called so that we could stop by, the owner "Mike"

After 9pm on a weeknight, you apparently really don't want to have your car break down in any of the little suburban communities off I-93 south of Boston. When my car died in Milton, on a dark sidestreet just off a freeway exit, I called my insurance's roadside assistance only to be told "We can't get anyone to come get you. You're on your own." After calling half a dozen other tow companies and either not getting an answer or being told no one was available, I finally got ahold of someone at Interstate. They were clear that they couldn't tow me all the way home

Unbelievable how great the service is.
I will start off by saying my head was in my a**
Cuz I drove my fully loaded tri-axle dump across a customer's lawn and never checked how hard the ground was b4 doing so. Well as you would think my 82000 pounds tri-axle got stuck right up to all axles into the customer's lawn and also truck was tipping to one side ( so there's no way I could dump my load to help be lighter ) I know this was going to be harder then normally cuz the lawn was more like a wet clay pit. The owner of interstate showed up with a 75 ton rotor and told me not to worry

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Poor customer service and extremely hostile attitude from the owner "Mike". He is a large,intimidating man who was extremely rude and disrespectful. This review is only getting a star because my experience with the tow truck drivers and other staff went fairly well. But the owner "Mike" doesn't allow you to even step foot inside his lot or office unless your insurance company pays him in full. I live in Vermont and he made me drive all the way down to sign his "release form". He refused to fax, mail, or scan it to me. He doesn't let you
