Juan and his team were great. Everything was done on time and to our high standards. Juan communicated with us often throughout the project and made perfect suggestions to ensure our house returned to the same quality as before our water damage. We hired JDMB to finish our basement. We are VERY, VERY happy with JD and the crew. Most of the time it’s hard getting contractors to even call you back, let alone do the work. JD showed up, on time, got us a fair quote and did the work all while maintaining great communication. We will use again and will refer to friends and family.

I recieved a quote for replacing the entire floor downstairs. Mr Marquez emailed the quote the following day. He estimated my floor at 913 square feet. I measured behind him 3 times to make sure this was accurate. I measured 720, 738, 740. Reasonable margin of error in this case would be 20 square feet off. Best case scenario he is off by 165 square feet. In perspective, this is measuring a 10'x16' room that isn't there. At $4.5 per square feet, I'd be paying $742 for work he didn't do.
