I've given it a 3 because I'm not too sure which whom I have the issue with more the owner of the property or the management company. They chose to manage a property so I go to them with several issues and nothing gets done. From day one I've complied with them. Upstanding renters insurance etc. I've held up my end of the lease the management company failed me!

From day 1 Jess has been fair, reliable and straight forward as she manages our property. Prior to hiring her, we were managing the property ourselves and the amount of stress she has removed from our shoulders is immense. She has matched great tenants in our rental and manages the property with honesty and integrity that I appreciate. Jessica was super nice and went out of her way to show us a house after hours last minute ! Literally I called her and she went right there ! She was very sweet and welcoming and answered any questions we had. She made the whole process very smooth and quick ! Jessica at Anchored Property has been persistent and creative in solving problems that have arisen with our rental unit, like past due rent and tenants who woluld not respond to phone calls. She came highly recommended and we understand why. It's been a great relief to have such a competent manager, especially with difficult tenants.

As a property owner, I was extremely nervous about renting my home to strangers, after an awful experience years ago to rent another property.
However, Jessica and her company came highly recommended so we gave it a try. We are now 6 months into our agreement and this experience has been nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Every issue that either we or our tenant have encountered, has been handled promptly, professionally and painlessly. We love that she values her tenants and is committing to providing an excellent experience to them as well as the owners. Our two children are now renting from Anchored

Being relatively new to investment property ownership I wanted to have a competent company to manage my property and make me feel safeguarded. Jessica and her team have taken care of me and had my house rented quickly. They have also been great with service calls and letting me be as hands on or off as I wanted to be. In addition I have heard good feedback from tenants as well that they were a good company to deal with. I dont regret my decision to hire her at all.
