Services
With Direct to Garment printing, Your design is produced directly onto a t-shirt using inkjet technology. It's similar to your printer at home, just on a t-shirt. DTG uses eco-friendly water based ink, which bonds to our special formulated pre-treat which then fuses to the fibers of the garment. We can accommodate art dimensions from a multitude of sizes ranging from 4 x 4 inches to 16 x 20 inches.
With Sublimation, you create or select a pattern to your specifications. We then prepare your design for printing. Which is transferred over onto a special coated paper and then pressed onto a roll of fabric. Heat, inks, gasses and science all come together in this bonding process. Soon after that it's onto cut and sew.
When your order is ready, we can ship it directly to you, your customer or you can pick it up from our warehouse. Your customers can select a design and customize it in our Design Studio to create the perfect custom graphics. DecoNetwork offers the industry's leading online designer. An online designer allows your customers to design production ready graphics right from your website.
