We hired Action Garage to install a whole house fan and the whole process was very professional and well done. Joe came out for a preliminary inspection and set a follow-on appointment. Had to postpone a day due to a coworker being sick, but still communicated with clear updates and the next day they arrived 15 mins early and did a very professional job. Not only does the installation look well done, but they also cleaned up after themselves not leaving a trace. We're very excited about our new whole

Contacted these guys based on referrals from Facebook neighborhood (Carson Valley). Emailed Sunday night asking if they could just get me scheduled ASAP (non-emergency). I had a reply by 6am Monday saying they would try to get out today. Ruben contacted me that he was leaving Incline at 10:45am and would be there in about 1/2hr. He was on time and got right to it. I messed the door up closing it with a piece of wood leaning against the door jam (past sensor). Both cables were off and door down. He had it all together and running very quickly . Ruben was friendly and professional. Pure pleasure

I purchased a garage door unit from a third party and prepaid for installation. Action was called to cleanup the mess. Joe was able to take a difficult situation/customer (ME) and completely turn it around. I should have purchased a unit directly through them in the first place.
