I have always had a passion for trees and the tree care industry. At the age of 8 years old, I started working summers with my Grandfather, Bob Castleman. He was an Arborist who owned and operated a successful Lake Geneva tree service since 1959. My Grandfather instilled in me my drive, work ethic, and value of customer service.
He taught me how to work hard but stay humble. I've learned the ins and outs, the rights and wrongs, and the ups and downs of Arboriculture. Now, I have 25 years of experience and knowledge in every phase of Arboriculture. I've been blessed with a wife and 2 kids. And my "Roots" will remain in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Jesse is a great guy. He is honest, a hard worker with very competitive prices. I had 2 very large, very old ash trees that had died and a large pine tree that was dying. Jesse and his crew did a great job. I miss the trees, but I had no choice. The only thing Jesse could have done to make the experience better would have been to replace the huge, old, dead trees with huge, old healthy trees. But, unfortunately, as good as he is, that was beyond his skills...

I had a large maple tree that needed to come down. I called around and got a few estimates. I was impressed by Jesse and wanted to use him but he was booked way too far, so I went with another company that promised to do it in a few weeks. They didn't show up on the agreed date and wouldn't do it for many weeks so I called Jesse who got things arranged very quickly. This was not an easy job. Every piece had to be lowered by rope because the tree was overhanging my house and garage and above my neighbors garage. They cleaned up and hauled away the wood. I highly recommend Root Tree Service.

I contacted Jesse to look at some trees that I needed removed and he showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Not only did he tell me step by step what his plan of attack was, him and his team tackled the project in no time. I left for work in the morning and by the time I got back home, it didn't even look like anyone was doing work there. His crew cleaned up and were very respectful. Will definitely call again in the future.

Jesse is an amazing person. He is hard working, honest, friendly, safe, and competitive with his pricing. He has excellent equipment to do any job. He came for a free estimate and quickly followed up with an email quote. He quickly got us on his schedule to clear a property line of trees. It was done in one day and completely cleaned up. They raked my lawn and blew off the grass and driveway. Everything was hauled away all branches chipped up, sticks, sawdust, and wood. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team for any project and will keep his business card close for future work.
