Ironstone Homes, LLC is owned and operated by Larry and Trevor Eby. Since the early 1980's Larry Eby has been building new homes in the Lancaster County region. Today he manages the job-site and oversees all the different trade contractors. Trevor handles the sales/planning and works directly with the clients from start to finish.
Both partners are licensed PA Realtors, giving clients well rounded service and insight into all facets of the housing industry. My clients probably get sick of me saying the same thing over and over - which is "If it's what you want, we will get it done - I want you to be happy with the result!" I say that because I really believe my job is to build the house that you can turn into a home.

Ironstone Homes did an excellent job on our home. There were some unique aspects to our project and they didn't shy away from the challenge. When selecting a builder, one of the things that set them apart was the design insights Trevor shared with us, as we had come to them with plans already started, but not finalized.

We enjoyed working with Ironstone Homes on our new home in Lakeside Villas. Trevor was very helpful, patient and responsive throughout the design phase as we drew and redrew the plans to incorporate all the details that were important to us. Each of the team members we worked with during construction were friendly and helpful, and the project flowed smoothly. We were especially grateful that they were willing to expedite the project to accommodate an earlier than anticipated move-in date due to selling our existing home. My wife and I were ready to move on once the kids had left. We wanted to build something special and looked for the right builder. Trevor and his team exceeded our expectations - from the first conversation to the finishing touches on our home. As first time home builders, we were not sure of what to expect and needed a lot of questions answered along the way.
