Tracy has dreamed of owning her own clinic since receiving her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Findlay. She has been working in various positions in physical therapy for over 22 years. Her career first began with a strong emphasis in orthopedic and sports physical therapy but evolved into women's health in 2003.

Your calves take 4-6x your body weight. The muscles, tendons and ligaments are made to absorb the ground reaction forces, the bones are not. If the bones continue to absorb forces, there will be an injury when the load exceeds the ability to absorb. The important message here is that they must fit well and be comfortable to you.
