He got to my home quickly. Was very polite, very professional and informative. I couldn't believe how fast he got into my house. Plus a bonus, he makes keys too, right there on the spot in his truck. I will definitely tell everyone about using this service. I won't call anyone else. I'm a single mother with a daughter who lost house key and couldn't get inside at 930 at night on a sat. I just had my Toyota Camry key replaced by ASAP and it was great! I broke my only car key and needed a new one. ASAP arrived almost immediately and quickly made me a new key. I spent more time calling around getting quotes then it took for ASAP to show up and replace my key.
The Toyota dealership wanted me to pay $500 and have my car towed to them. ASAP drove to me, was WAY cheaper, and had exceptional customer service. Other locksmiths said it would take a few days to help me and wanted to charge more. ASAP had the best price and fastest service.
I have no complaints and I highly recommend ASAP

EXCELLENT & FAST!! This is seriously the best service I have ever had with a locksmith company. Super friendly and kind. Had me back in my house super fast and Austin was at my residence super fast. Austin saved the day! My son accidentally locked his keys in the trunk of his locked car. His apartment key is on the same key ring so he was locked out of his apartment as well (in the rain). The spare key for his vehicle is at home, which is currently 3 hours away from where my son is attending college. We called ASAP Lockout Service based on a recommendation from another locksmith in the Springfield MO area. Austin arrived quickly and was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He unlocked my son's car within minutes of arriving and we couldn't be more happy with his service
