Nags the relatives of the borrower, relentlessly. The borrower does not live with us, yet they call and call and call. They called us 8 times last month. In months past, they refused to correct their files with proper phone numbers. This month, they refuse to understand my repeated "no"s to their demands for me to take a message, repeatedly asking, on the same call, over and over and over. Although in the past, I have confirmed my relatives contact info, I have always refused to be a part of their collections/intimidation/humiliation process. This debt collector needs to be fined.

During the Corona Virus Panodemic and Government shut down...these people are ruthless!!! One day late and the harassing phone call started. I have been more then proactive with this loan calling 2 weeks ahead to tell them I was not going to be able to pay them at this time. In this time of need and kindness, this company which is privately owned and operated still finds the ability to get their claws in you with zero payment options either you pay or we are coming for you! I will not only never work with this company EVER again but I will make sure they never take advantage of anyone I know

Horrible place. These guys are absolute loan sharks. Do not go there. If you need a loan go somewhere else but here. It doesnt matter If you have made all your payments on time. I had all of my paperwork (except for proof of residency, the website said you needed -ID, -Title, -Car, I was able to get it) and arrived at 6pm (sharp). Since the site also boasts about the process taking 20-30 minutes, I didn't expect this to be an issue. They close at 7. Only incompetent people would complain about only having an hour to do something that takes 30 minutes.
Immediately, Megan (more on her later) cops an attitude presenting herself as the type who clearly stops working an hour before quitting time

I needed a title loan but was hesitant. Christine walked me through the process over the phone and scheduled me an appointment. I then went to the Chandler location and was greeted and helped promptly. Kyle explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Very nice to new customers. Once you are signed up for a loan the class come out. They dont answer their phones, I've called the loan repayment center to see what my total balance is so I can pay it off. I have yet to receive a call back. I've called every week for the last month. I'm thinking about just giving them the vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do everything you can to avoid this car loan, they will put you in a worse situation than you are in now, I had to sell my Truck and buy a smaller car due to having this loan, I owned my truck since 04 and could not afford it anymore from doing business with this company, Due to the unreasonably high interest rates from the beginning and when I threatened to take the loan elsewhere they gave me a better deal, also if you get a late fee it will pretty much guarantee that you will get so far behind you wont be able to catch up. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They are the wost.

This is the most insensitive business I have encountered. We had a family member pass away that had a loan with this company. I did a courtesy call to them to notify them of the death and got the owner Christine. I tried to find out what the options were but she said she didn't had time to discuss this with me and look it up on the web. We got in a little argument and she ended up saying "have a nice life" and hung up on me. Don't ever do business with such evil people who prey on people desperate for money. They don't even deserve one star.

Pretty sure all your 4 and 5 star reviews are done by there staff. At the end of the day... they are just loan sharks. And they know it. I pay every month... usually over the amount. I was late 6 days and they told me they would take my car until I paid them. My pay day was in a few days and they could t wait till then. They have no compassion... and whatever B I spoke too was aggressive and rude.

I went to location in northern and 27th ave in Phoenix, the lady works at this location was very disrespectful and rude to customer so I left that location. I went to location in Scottsdale the ladies in Scottsdale location were very professional and respectful. The loan was too long and had me to MVD to put lien on my car they interest rates are so high, so I did everything they said and I got my loan. I went to the Maximum Chandler office when I was having some trouble paying for my bills and had no other options to borrow money from. The promotion they gave me really helped me out and everytime I went into the office or talked on the phone with anyone they were really helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs some fast money. Their offices were also really clean and looked a lot nicer than any of the other title loan places I've driven by.

I was in a tight spot and needed some money to pay bills. I have never taken out a Title loan or other high interest loan such as a Pay Day loan, so I was reluctant to borrow the money. They were very nice, but the process took almost 2 hours to complete.
Even with the 30-day interest free period on the loan, if you only pay the minimum amount (which covers only the interest), the loan will never get paid off. I have no desire to purchase my car all over again, and that's my incentive to get this loan paid in full as soon as possible!

Very unhappy with the service received by this company. Tired of the rude text payment "reminders" talking about no grace periods and defaults. I have asked for an accounting of the payments made on the loan and they have not complied. They have also refused to negotiate a lower rate even though I have paid them thousands of dollars over the past two years on a 1k original loan amount. Maximum Title Loans hired my company to take pictures at all 4 of their stores in the valley. I was very impressed with how they were presented both in decor and the friendliness of their staff. Working with the owner was great too in the scheduling and invoicing. As an outside observer and one who works a lot with owners of local businesses I can honestly say these people know how to treat their customers and are great at what they do.

At Maximum title loan I received friendly and fast service. In less 45 minutes I was done and had my loan. The staff is friendly and encouraged me to pay on my principle to save money. They also offer incentives for regular on time payments. I really like that I was able to make payments at Wells Fargo it made making a payment simple and convenient. The courtesy call to remind me my payment was coming due was a nice reminder too. If I am in a quick need of cash I will return to Maximum! Thanks Maximum.

So I was in a jam and needed some money to pay my rent. A friend of mine had mentioned they had a title loan with this place and she told me it was really easy. Borrow money against your car? I didn't even know this was possible!!
Anyway, long story short, I borrowed $3,000, paid my rent(and some past due bills), and paid the place back a few months later. The whole process was really easy and only cost me a couple hundred bucks.
Hopefully it won't be necessary but if I'm in a jam again I know where to go.

Upon calling Maxium Title Loans they tell you on the phone that the title loans are NOT based on any type of Credit Checks, in fact they will tell you that they do not do Credit checks. This is LIE!!! THEY PERFORM A SOFT CREDIT CHECK & IT SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! I was not given a loan due to a PAID judgement something that was not told to me on the phone. This company does not allow any application to be started over the internet or via Fax, you MUST go into their office for them to tell you NO!
