Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!They scratched my hardwood floor and refused to admit they did any damage, yet there was no scratch before they were here and a fresh scratch when they left, coming directly out of the room they had been in. Now I’m stuck replacing that part of my flooring, or living with the scratches

Move was scheduled for arrival between 11-1 they showed up at 2:50. Had no tools to disassemble furniture. Then they tried to get out of disassembling by saying they only do beds. They’d take frequent smoke breaks throughout the move. At delivery they only reassembled 1 of 3 beds and while we were reassembling a bed they’d infact broken it. When I called to report it with pictures the owner went back and forth with me about it and used some disclaimer about a paper signed but we never received any paperwork or even a receipt at the completion of the move. None of the furniture was wrapped in

Best deal going for movers, don’t try to rip you off at the end, were so nice and worked really hard. Always there when I need them. I love them. If you have really expensive furniture you need wrapped you’ll have to ask for it (pay?) and I’d ask for 3 movers. Also it’s a 8x15 trailer, you might need 2 trips if you have a lot of stuff. But you can’t beat the price, honesty or hard work. I have used them for for several jobs.
