Worst apartments ever the Manager Melissa is the worst very unprofessional they need to get rid of her everything is dirty about these apartments
Carpets are ripped and dirty and the window coverings are broken and they charge you for pest control and they never go be carful the carpets are full of worms
Please do not rent here unless Melissa leaves
Please if the owner can contact the property manager or the people that live here so they can see how the apartments are they are dirty and just awful

These are some nice apartments. Have only had one issue and maintenance was there so fast to resolve the issue, despite being after hours. Our neighbors keep to themselves but will say hi when they run into you. The pool is really nice as well as the club house. Elizabeth and Melissa are extraordinary ladies and properly run this place. Safe to live here as there is a high number of law enforcement who reside here too. Tenants respect your vehicles by not damaging them when they park next to you. Over all, very pleased and highly recommend this complex.

The residence was an amazing place to stay and call home, i was there for 2 years and it was a perfect place to live at. The management is always there for whatever you need and are very quck to fix any issues. I would recommend these apartments if anyone looking for a nice comfotable place to live in.

I have lived here for a year now and I love it. Friendly people, great amenities, very clean, apartments are very spacious. We moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and the floorplans are pretty nice. My husband has been living here for 4-5 years now and he loves it. This is our home and will call our home til we find a house. It is just a great community of people who live here, you don't know them but they still say hi to you. Beautiful pool as well. Lastly, when something breaks or something is not working, you let them know in the office and they fix it asap, which we love very much because

I can't keep saying this often enough. The personnel at the Residence at Eagle Pass are very friendly and always eager to help. I have a 90 year mother living with me and it is very important that she receive the best care. When I am not home I have no worries knowing that the office personnel is easy to reach and will not hesitate to check on her if needed.
