Exceeded my expectations! I had never been there before but I walked in and Paul dropped everything he was doing to help me - he even created the print I was asking for while I was there so I could see it before he did the final touches. He had the final print ready within three days and it was everything I was hoping it would be. Customer service and quality is unmatched!

Hosted a couple concerts for a compilation CD release last March and worked hand in hand with Paul the entire time. He was very knowledgeable, carefully converting original artwork files and meeting strange poster size and ticket stub requests, and the turnaround time was quick.
