The community is nice, but the guest parking is horrible. There’s very little. Even though the community is so large, it’s expected that all guest who stay over night must park in the back lot of the clubhouse regardless of where people live. I live at the townhouses, so it’s a fairly far walk for guests. Essentially, if you have someone coming in a bit later in the evening and you are far away from the clubhouse you will either have to make them walk to your home or pick them up in your own car. It’s ridiculous! I would have not bought a home here if I knew this prior. They have no intentions

It's a great place to live! The HOA fees are very low for all the amenities provided, especially when compared to similar communities.

We pay our dues don't see much return in regards to landscaping company that is supposed to do pretty much everything but do not. However, this community is very safe, residents are friendly, and the clubhouse is really nice.
