beware they overcharge for their services! They overcharge me for a basic design and now they charge to shape your nails! they are seriously overpriced now! go to another salon! i paid less getting my nails done in other salon and the dip was cheaper at the other salon than how much i paid for gel at this salon! they will charge you for any small detail so plz beware! never coming here again! I don't write reviews but I had to for this !

I found this place on Yelp and called them to make an appointment. They were able to take me that same day. I got a full with gel and a classic pedicure with gel French tips. The ladies here are super nice. The place is super clean and they use new products for every new customer. My pedicure and fill looks amazing.

Oh my goodness!!! I am not one to take the time to write a review BUT today was the exception!! Anh Pham did a phenomenal job for me today! I went in wanting winter dip nails and she knew exactly how to help me. She even suggested a mix of two colors to get the idea I was going for! She was such a sweetheart, extremely careful with attention to detail, and so helpful!! I don’t think I’ve ever cried over nails but today I did because she made it happen! I applaud her for her astounding service today.

My wife and I had 11am appointments for pedicures. When we arrived, the led us to the chairs, got our feet into the water..... and let us sit there. After 27 min we finally said "did you forget about us"? By the time they got to us, our feet were in cold water. No kidding. Cold.
Ok then the actual pedicures started. The service was ok. Not over the top.
At the end, the technicians started talking in Chinese. I was playing my golf game so I didn't notice but my wife noticed that they were talking and nodding / looking in my direction. Frankly that's rude.

I had never gotten acrylics done before so I did some research and decided to come to Dylan blue spa.
The atmosphere is really great! The salon is beautiful and there is excellent customer service, very friendly/positive staff.
I got my nails done on monday and I waited till sunday to gather some information before I wrote my review because this was my first time with acrylics.

I had high expectations and was very disappointed. The salon itself is very nice and clean. The staff seems friendly and they had a ton of color options which is always a plus.
It was my first time here and because it was such a last minute decision to get my nails done, I went with whoever was available.
The moment we started my first coat of gel, I knew I wasn't going to be happy with the results. Forgot my nail tech's name, but she was not thorough with the application -- lots of missing spots

On June 14th I called the salon to make an appointment for manicure and pedicure for 3 people for today, July 5th. I called again on July 1st to confirm they are in fact open on July 5. Today we walked in for our appointment and, without even asking for my name or phone number, we were told we must've called the wrong location, there is no appointment. After I showed my call log of calling their phone number, they "found" my appointment, but only for 1 person. Completely lying to the customer's face, and even placing blame on the customer when clearly they gave away the appointment time to walk

Some of the nail technicians are nice and friendly here but the woman who runs the desk and the man who also stands at the desk are extremely rude, condescending, and don't listen when you speak to them. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. This place isnt worth the rudeness.

I've been coming to April for my nail design for about a year now. I usually bring pictures and ideas or what I want, and she creates the looks with her unique twists on them. They are 100% photo-worthy as you can see in my photos. April is super talented and pays attention to the tiniest details.
Love the decor of the place. Very posh! Love the fragrance of scrub you get for pedis- my Fav is green tea. Highly recommend!

I came here about a week ago to get my nails done and the experience itself was really nice. The salon was clean and the ladies were really friendly and I enjoyed the music selection as well. Unfortunately a few days later the dip manicure I got began lifting off four of my nails. My hair getting caught in my nails anytime I tried to tie my hair up and then a week later one nail just broke off in half. I was really sad because I liked my nails overall as far as shape and color. I had called and scheduled to have. Them removed and just painted with gel to make up for all the nails that were lifting

This place is very close to work and looks amazing! I was hoping to become a regular but will absolutely never be coming back. My nail technician made rude comments the entire time about how dry my cuticles were and short my nails were. She insisted on putting on tips that look fake and I hate because of how short my nails were. So, I just paid $65 to be scolded for how ugly my nails are naturally. Will not be retiring.

The lady did not know what she was doing. i showed her a picture of french top acrylics and it looked like a baby just did my nails. I had her just do all black nails instead and on top of that she was giving me attitude and pulling my hand.

I'm a big fan of sanitation when it comes to getting your nails done. During covid you get your temperature checked, then proceed to wash your hands in their sink and wear clear gloves in order to look a polish colors safely.
The have the best shades from opi and have the nail color profiles in booklets, that are easy to view and the gel bottle number correctly matches the nail swatch.
Once you choose your color, you're able to take your gloves off once the nail tech starts working on your nails. Also note they use completely brand new tools every single time.

One star for a beautiful and comfortable lounge. The second star for speed of service (in 1.5 hours they manage to do manicure and pedicure in 4 hands). The third star for the fact that they can complete any design. Depriving one star for a bad manicure (no one in the master in this salon can handle the cuticle correctly and well). I’m depriving one star for the fact that all girls in the salon speak their own language (this is unpleasant, everyone does not communicate in English, and some times it seems that they are talking about you). Total 3 stars.
