Carbon window tint film delivers great results. Carbon film doesn't have any metal in it, so the issue with cell phones and radio transmission doesn't arise when it is used. We were driving from CA to MN when our check engine light came on - damn! Pulled into Elko, called Auto Pros; Beto picked up and said he could help us right away. They diagnosed the problem (faulty engine thermometer), repaired it and had us back on the road in less than two hours. All at a fair price. Saved our trip - thanks guys!

If anyone ever need there car repaired, go through Auto Pros they are the best. Excellent service and the employees including the owner are super friendly and very nice. Had my car fixed by them today did an excellent job and got the job done quickly. So if you ever need your vehicle repaired I highly recommend checking out Auto Pros!!

This is a saga. And it's still ongoing.
My car died in September 2018 while on I-80 and I had it towed here after seeing supposedly good reviews on Yelp. After finding out I needed an entirely new motor, I left the car there until I figured out what I wanted to do. Less than a week later, I decided having a new motor put in was my best option. The owner, Beto, left it up to me to locate and purchase said motor to have sent to the shop. That should have been my first red flag. Who gives the customer that kind of responsibility? Sunday we stopped outside of Elko on I80 with a bad front vibration. While waiting for AAA to arrive I tried to call every auto shop in town even though they were all closed. Beto the owner from Auto Pros was the only one to return my call. He met us at his shop and diagnosed the problem that afternoon and was able to order the part to repair the car by Monday noon. You just don't get that kind of treatment or professionalism anymore. I can't say enough kind words about this gentleman.

Jesse the muffler mechanic designed a wonderful muffler system with catalytic converters I couldn't be more happy he's truly an asset to this business.

This shop was our saving grace! During a road trip back from California we had some car trouble, after a long day and night trap in Wells and Elko, the guys at this shop went above and beyond to make sure we could get on our way as soon as possible. They were kind, gave honest answers, and fair prices! If I'm ever in this part of the country and have car trouble again, they will be my first stop. If you're in a pinch, these guys can help you out!

These guys are awesome! We were headed out of town when the check engine light came on. We turned around and they got us in straight away. They quoted a reasonable price, but it took less time than expected, so they reduced the price. We are happy customers! If we ever need auto help in Elko, this will be our place.
