I called them to get information and was told someone would call me back. After two weeks, nobody had called, so I called again and was told again that someone would call me back. Finally, after another week (three weeks total), I received a call. When I asked why it took three weeks to receive a call back she told me they were working on a wait list. Why didn't the first person just tell me that instead of wasting my time? Terrible customer service. If this is how they treat you before you even get in the door, I'd hate to think how they treat their customers.
