Graceful Gatherings is a full service event design and production company. We specialize in creating personalized weddings and events. What exactly does that mean? The Graceful Gatherings Team will act as your event planner, designer, day of coordinator, floral designer and rental team. Creating customized events from scratch, our stellar event team helps you simplify the event planning process and create a seamless celebration.
What flowers we don't grow ourselves at our family farm, Martha's Gardens, we buy as locally as possible or directly from the growers. Our floral designers have a passion for caring for flowers to create customized arrangements for all our clients special events. Because we grow our flowers and greenery we have a selection that differs from your usual floral shop and can also grow special orders if time and nature corporate.
I would highly recommend Graceful Gatherings! She and her team did an unbelievable job for our daughter's wedding two weeks ago! Grace's energy, talents, knowledge and artistic eye never stop! This is no "day of planner, " we spoke and met with her over the course of a year and a half of our planning!

Cicely from Graceful Gatherings was a joy to work with! I am a busy mom and business owner and just didn't have the time to create the spectacular baby shower for my best friend that she deserved. Graceful Gatherings handled EVERYTHING! We had weekly or biweekly zoom meetings just to share/approve ideas and that was it. She did all of the leg work and her prices are very reasonable. She has a ton of experience and knew what questions to ask the venue and worked her magic and connections to get great deals. I would definitely work with her again for future events

Working with Cicely with Graceful Gatherings was definitely a great choice when I decided to have my birthday party here at home. She really exceeded my expectations when I told her to add whatever she wanted to make the party look nice! I like how she cared about my event and wanted things to be great like it was her own. Communication and planning throughout the whole process was awesome and I would definitely go with Graceful Gatherings again for my next event!
