Crescent Builds is a family-owned firm that is backed by an incredible team of designers, project managers, and skilled construction workers. Since 2006, we have worked together to transform our client's homes and boutique establishments in the greater Seattle area. Whether we're working on remodeling or adding to a home or business, we aim to create a space where design meets functionality, fully tailored to our client's desires.

Custom home additions are all about creating an entirely new space tailored specifically to your desires. Crescent Builds has worked on a number of unique home additions, from colorful art studios to scenic sunrooms to cozy guest suites. When we work on any new home addition, we design and build with longevity in mind.
Custom home remodels can be inspired from the need to improve structural integrity or the layout of your home, or simply the desire to breathe new life into your existing spaces through design. We contacted Crescent Builds because we had a minor flood in our basement discovered at 7AM on a Saturday morning, water dripping from the basement ceiling. Within TWO HOURS of reaching out to Ned for advice, the leak was fixed and the work to repair the ceiling had begun! Timely intervention prevented more serious damage (and a more expensive repair!).

The crew members that have been working in our home are all highly professional, polite, and pleasant to work with. Crescent Builds recently completed an addition and back building new construction, and a whole-house remodel on our home in Shoreline.
Everything from our first meeting with August (who endured the enthusiastic affections of our dog as she draped herself over his shoulder while he explained scope and cost), to our interactions with their billing supervisor Kat, has been nothing but lovely, friendly, honest, and absolutely unparalleled.
After hearing so very many remodel nightmare stories, we were fully prepared: double the schedule and the cost, they all said.

We added a full second story to our little, old (and unpredictable) house with Crescent Builds. We later had them fully repair and upgrade our deck, adding a shed and bike garage beneath. We would definitely work with them again. Communication, planning, and ability to work through problems were all top notch!

Crescent Builds has completed 2 major commercial remodels, 1 major home remodel, and too many to count small projects for us. They are extremely organized, upfront about costs and estimates (2 major projects have been under budget), very knowledgeable, great at problem solving, keep to their schedule(2 major projects finished early), and most important they do great work.
