My Husband experienced an wrongful repossession causing a hardship in general to our family. It was heart breaking due to the fact we didn't know who took his vehicle, we didn't receive any paperwork on the repossession, and the local police department would not help us. We had to literally drive around and look for the people and get our paperwork to take to the police to show he owed the vehicle by himself with no lien holder even than they would not help. "I had my car repossessed at 2 am in the morning. I was so devastated, distraught, embarrassed and didn't know what to do.
