Services
Donna Barnes is the property manager. She is a committed and dedicated property manager who lives on site in the South Park area. Donna has been with Spruill Property Management for 15+ years and has all the experience necessary to make your move to our properties the best it can be. Lesa Bowen is our office manager, and has been with us for 4 years.
Our tenants are diverse. We have professionals and students. We have retirees who have been with us for many years and we have graduate students who have been with us since they were undergraduates. We are happy to house many vet students. Our pet friendly status makes our apartments much more than just a temporary place to be.

You may also submit a normal maintenance work order through your web portal and we will respond during our regular business hours.
