We've used their services for more years than I can remember. We're always happy, always have heat and hot water, no complaints. When the guys come for service calls they are always very professional and nice, answer questions knowledgeably. I have called for emergency service for both boiler and water heater and they respond immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Been a new customer for a little over 6 months, one morning i had an issue with my hot water tank bursting an flooding the basement. I called to get an estimate on getting the unit replaced asap because no one wants to be without hot water, and i have a newborn child at home as well. I was shocked to find out how inconsiderate and just unhelpful they where. They wanted me to wait about 6 days to have someone install the new unit and there prices where super high. My wife investigated the price of the tank that they quoted to install, and at home depot the tank was only $900 yet they wanted $2,000
