Ever since Trish left in 2013, it's been downhill for us at this insurance brokerage. Customer service was tolerable but not good. Questions were answered but never fully explained. I would even ask questions to the agent who pick up to the phone to confirm my suspicions. The last straw was trying to reach someone with an answer via email or phone message, but never got a response back. Only AFTER we started shopping around for insurance a month prior to renewal did we get a "generic email" telling us it's against the law to drive without auto insurance......SMH

My parents have been insured (car, home, etcetc) via RTI for decades. My dad is a huge fan, really respects the owner & feels the staff is respectful and kind. For my parents, RTI is family. They've been there for home robberies, car accidents, & everything in between. So pretty much, i've continued my car insurance through RTI. Mercury coverage, ya dee ya dee da. Just know, i've gotten some independent quotes and for the same coverage it really can't be beat. competitively priced, with the service of a mom pop shop.

Finding a low price on insurance is a must for me. I do so much of my shopping online, which is how I found RTI Insurance, but I was pleasantly surprised at how personal the staff was. The office is warm and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly - such a rarity in today's world.
I left feeling my best interests were taken care of, not their "bottom line".
