This is going to be long. So sorry but i need to warn those who have service to be careful when dealing with this company.
Jan 4 I hit the road to move from Washington to Texas. It was myself, my friend and my 3 kids 5 and under. My 1 year old was screaming so I pulled over to the side and got stuck in mud. From what the tow truck guy (Todd) said we were 45 min away from town. The people around the area were nice and stopped by to see what happened since we had no cell service. The lady called the sheriff who than called the tow truck service. Said it would be about 45 min to an hour. It was 7pm

We hit a deer 37 miles outside of town. The truck was with us quickly, driver (Sam himself?) was extremely friendly, and gave us a ride in the cab of his truck, despite the pandemic. Then he got us hooked up with the mechanic to get us taken care of, getting what we needed since the truck was out of commission and he had another job he had to get to. Everyone in Burns was absolutely phenomenal! Thanks!
