I ordered my barbq grill in April. I was told it would be delivered end of May. There was no call, no apology or any communication as of June. I called and was told it was due to Covid delays. They stated they would call me June 26th. No call. I called again and the owner said he would call me July 5th. No call. I called July 13th, was told still waiting but would be in July 29th. After visiting a few other stores, we found this place online and saw they had great reviews. We visited their showroom and were impressed with the number of design choices and various selections of grill brands they offered to customize a BBQ island to our budget. We worked with Joey, who was very warm and helpful without being overly pushy. Joey designed our BBQ island with all the components we wanted and the dimensions that would fit our area while staying within our budget.

Visited several stores, ended up finding this place online and saw they had great reviews. After coming into the showroom and having a salesman come out to scope our backyard, the wife and I ended up purchasing a BBQ island, appliances, fire table, furniture, and a spa from Extreme Backyard Designs. Turn around time was prompt and the sales/customer service was top notch. They answered every question I had and gave me the best prices as possible. Although I was a bit nervous on delivery day (I needed to have some items craned in) everything went smooth. My family loves our new outdoor additions

Extreme Backyards Designs are the real deal!! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the industry. Joe was awesome and got everything I needed from my bbq down to the very smallest details. He even talked me out of an extra storage drawer and helped me reconfigure my design to make it look and work better then I had drawn out. That's business I can do anytime!!!
