This company put on an appealing face but their inability to communicate is horrible. After a lousy seeding job the normal tech committed to getting someone to fix the issue. I was told that all necessary prep would occur in response to my email indicating that you would be wasting your time if the ground was not aerated once more before seeding. Today Kyle ,my regular tech, reseeded a great deal and that is appreciated but there was no prep done to ensure the seed gets into the soil correctly and several bare spots were still missed that he and I discussed the last time he was here.

Justine and Jesus, the team that comes weekly, go above and beyond the usual lawn care maintenance. The team lead checks in with me before visits (either thru the office system or directly) and when on site. This ensures my specific requests for each visit are done, and we have a great system to rotate attention to the many beds in the yard. Super kind and friendly -- ask our puppy!!

This is the only phrase that even comes close to describing the experience I've had with the entire Canopy team.
For the last 6 months we've subscribed to Canopy's PremiereLawn care service. This package is advertised to include regular mowing, edging, turf care, fertilization, annual aeration/seeding, shrub care and pest management.
Honestly, I was apprehensive, because the lawncare companies we've hired in the past have always been pretty disappointing... but Canopy has been amazing.

It is a pleasure to come home and see that your yard chores have been done and Canopy does really nice work. They let you know when they are coming and send a report after. They are responsive when you have a question or special request. The professionals who take care of your yard are well trained and personable. My yard did not look like this when I left this morning!

Canopy has been a great company with amazing staff. Over the past six months our care team, lead by Justin, have been working hard to turn a disaster of lawn into a place of calm and beauty. We love the technology that Canopy utilizes to keep us in the loop. Like clockwork we receive a reminder the day before service, a text message prior to arrival, and then an after-care report with a detailed message and pictures of what was accomplished. Any hiccups along the way have been quickly addressed by John and Matt - what more can you ask for? Customer service, check; quality work, check; not having

The team that cares for our yard - led by Josh is good. The leadership of the organization - not so much. You wound think the VP OF Customer Experience would respond to a written complaint/concern right? Think again- Keith Freeman COO and Vice President of Client Experience can't be bothered. Directly contradicting the promises of their web site and a cowardly way of "leadership".
Since posting this review I Am happy to report things have dramatically improved. Our property looks like something out of Southern Living! special kudos to Josh Avery for his professionalism and quality

I had these guys do my lawn care biweekly for about 2 years while I lived in Clayton.
My lawn went from weeds to actual grass by the time we sold our house. I'm not sure why they have such a low rating, but I had nothing but a positive experience with them. I only stopped service because I moved.

This was the first day of service. The guys John and Sam came out and mowed the lawn, blew the leaves from the driveway. They both took their time to explain what my lawn needed. The lawn had been neglected for some time with weeds, growing everywhere. In no time at all John cut the lawn efficiently and expertly. I highly recommend this lawn service. I feel confident that we are in good hands. From the sales guy, Brian to the guys who came to service the lawn. Their customer service was great. Prompt email response. The Guys came on scheduled date. (Even with the threat of rain). Prices are reasonable
