Good Shepherd is a mission ministry of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd - LCMS. The church and school were both founded in 1956, which makes us one of the most established preschools on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We are licensed by the Mississippi State Department of Health to provide care for up to 30 children, ages 3-5.
Our teaching staff are well-trained, loving, and experienced in caring for young children. Our curriculum includes a daily Bible lesson, reading and writing readiness, math skills, science, art, and music. Play is an integral part of our day, as studies have shown it as the most effective way for children to learn.

Services
Tuition is based on the entire school year, not on the number of days or weeks attended during each month. The tuition is due regardless of absences, holidays or school closings. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. The cost of tuition covers your child's care, nutritious daily snack, art supplies, and educational resources.
