From past couple of years, I have booked all my events with Empire Limousine. Recently, I hired them for my wedding but somehow I was not very satisfied with their service. The car arrived late and it had an impact on my schedule. As per the chauffeur, he was stuck in traffic. But I must appreciate that the chauffeur was pretty much experienced and was familiar with all the best routes in Sacramento. All my past experiences with Empire Limousine were appreciable but this time it was just an average experience.

This is my first experience with Empire Limousine and I appreciate their organized booking processes. As far as my earlier experiences are concerned, they used to take 5-6 hours a day to ascertain the availability of the vehicles. I must say their service is quite fast and take every possible step to offer speedy service to the clients.
