Ale (prounouced Alli/Ally) Delgado is the Customer Service Support coordinator at Tree Top. Ale is committed to providing an excellent experience for our customers. Joe Sosa is Tree Top commercial accounts manager. He helps our commercial customers by organizing their accounts and create plans to suit each property.

By learning about your trees, you can make their health and safety a priority. Being knowledgeable is a simple way to be aware when your trees are in distress, or needing help. Tree Top is an accredited company by TCIA (the Tree Care Industry Association) which is a highly respected and experienced association in arboricultural practices.

All tree services are performed according to industry standards and procedures. Tree Topping- Tree Top does not top trees. This is a frowned-upon practice in the tree industry that is a proven way to send any tree into decline.

Each tree has different needs and is exposed to different risk factors. At Tree Top, we have our licenced Arborists diagnose each tree and set up a treatment plan.

Branches that are crossing and rubbing are more visible in winter and can be more easily pruned out. Browning of needles result from many different causes but a likely explanation is freeze damage.

Pedro was very professional and prompt.
He did not try to get me to do more un-needed work, in fact recommended not doing some work. He also was very informed,for example, on the bore ash treatment he recommended waiting until the spring.
The crew that came to do their work was very professional and fast.
Would highly recommend them.

Great tree company! Professional and thorough, from start to finish. From the time I called they were out in days to give us an estimate. Proposal arrived later that day by email. Work scheduled and completed within a couple weeks from the time we signed the proposal. Pedro and his team of workers get the job done and clean up thoroughly. Many neighbors in our neighborhood have used Tree Top. We highly recommend them.

Tree Top- great if you can ever reach them. As a returning customer with Tree Top, I have to say I’m disappointed. It took four phone calls and a month for them to get back to me— I have caller id— they are in my contacts and they NEVER called, even to say they were sorry for being too busy to help us. After finally scheduling an appointment for an estimate the tech showed up three hours early ( while I was not home) because it “wasn’t convenient” for him to show up at the scheduled time ... very disappointing.

The best part is how they had 'eyes on' the whole tree & every tree for assessment. The use of hand pruners to small saws told me they were doing the right things the right way. I wanted a resource that knew how and what to look for and then act accordingly; not just to clean it up for visual aesthetics. We had Tree Top out to do a major tree removal project, as well as a trim/prune on other trees around our property. The old cottonwood was in the neighborhood of 60+ feet tall. Pedro evaluated the old tree on his initial visit and provided us with options. When Pedro & his team returned they did an excellent job being safe on our property, which was very important to us, as well as cleaning up after all the work was complete. There were no surprises and everything looks great. We will continue to use Tree Top in the future and won't hesitate to recommend them to our clients. Thanks guys!
