I needed someone to seal off some holes made by squirrels and put up a barrier to keep future squirrel attempts to get in the house from happening. After a few email exchanges, the owner seemed to become annoyed with my questions and unceremoniously dumped me with some excuse that the job was too complicated for them. A simple phone call would probably have been more efficient. But the sense that I got was that they weren't interested in anything other than signing a contract and doing the work. Sometimes you have to be willing to work with the client and answer some questions for the job to turn
