Benna is a western PA native and was born and raised in Ellwood City, PA. She attended Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC and following graduation in 2006, moved to Grove City and start her practice.
Benna enjoys chiropractic mission trips, speaking about chiropractic at local elementary schools, giving "Straighten Up America" assemblies, teaching wellness and chiropractic courses to homeschool groups, and being a mom to future chiropractors Jude & Saul!Benna is also the co-founder of a non-profit organization called Hands2Serve Worldwide, which provides Chiropractic missions and health education in under resourced countries.

With this in mind, Momentum Chiropractic is pleased to offer Nutritional Testing as part of our Wellness Suite. Nutritional Testing is a non-invasive process that identifies hidden stressors in your body that may be preventing you from gaining optimal health. The new nutritional testing that we will be offering is based on your blood chemistry.
Dry salts act like a sponge attracting foreign substances along its path through respiratory tract. The dry salt behaves like a toothbrush that cleans the respiratory system removing the build up of foreign elements that cause various respiratory ailments and conditions. Inhaled dry salt particles may help to reduce inflammation in the entire respiratory tract and widen the airway passages.

I have been blessed to find Dr. Benna and her friendly team at Momentum. I am busy outside of Grove City and appreciate the opportunity to stop for an adjustment when I am in pain (often due to physical work) while near the office. I have been adjusted by all of the docs there, and though you may request a specific doc who is present at the time, all of them have been successful in helping me.

I absolutely love momentum chiropractic. I can go whenever I need to and don't need an appointment. My family does the family plan they have where you can go an unlimited amount if times a month for a set price. It simply a fantastic establishment and I could not be happier with the provided service. We love seeing Dr. Nico and recommend him to everyone. Even my 2yr gets excited to see him. Just a great place.

Momentum Chiropractic has, by far, the best staff! From the office to the adjustments, the employees are always friendly and helpful. Although we may have a favorite chiropractor, each of these folks are excellent!
I love just walking in when it's convenient and never having to wait very long before getting adjusted. My daughter and i wouldn't go anywhere else. Stay awesome!

Momentum Chiropratic is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. All the doctors are wonderful listening to your issues and getting you on the right track to a well adjusted you. Dr. Nico is our favorite. My entire family sees him on a regular basis to make sure we are properly aligned and stay that way. I love that we can just show up without an appointment and be seen if we are having any issues or in the area and need a tune up. I highly recommend the practice to anyone who is in the area and looking for a chiropractor.
