If you have minor imperfections at the front of your smile, we may suggest dental bonding. Bonding is a cosmetic option that covers up minor flaws that cause you to feel badly about your appearance. Bonding uses a composite material that is tooth-colored and matched to your existing dentition. This prevents it from looking any different from the rest of the tooth.
Fillings are made out of composite and help to replace any areas within a tooth that have become severely decayed. The decay is taken out of the tooth and the filling put into place simply and quickly. Fillings can be suitable for both pediatric and adult patients who have cavities. They can last for quite a number of years before they might need replacement.
In some cases, a problem can occur just below the surface that is difficult to detect otherwise. With the help of x-ray technology, we can see underneath teeth, gums and bone to diagnose many different conditions. The x-rays we use in our office use a minimal amount of radiation and are ideal for patients of all ages.

Collins Street dental picked up right from where my last treatment plan was interrupted by COVID. They even gained another member from my family. I would definitely recommend Collin St. Dental!!. It was easy to get an appointment, I wasn't feeling well when it was time for my appointment, I called to reschedule and the receptionist showed empathy and worked with me. She rescheduled me to a later time the same day to come if I was feeling better. The check in process was quick, Dr. Patel was really nice and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain as well as answer any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed at all. The whole staff was great.. It was just an overall wonderful experience.

My daughter had a dental emergency on a Saturday, and our normal dentist's office was closed. I found Collins Street Dental and they were able to see her almost immediately. The entire staff was wonderful! They were very kind and professional. Dr. Mendoza took excellent care of my daughter and took time to give explanations and answer questions. I highly recommend this practice.

Just recently started going to Collins St. Dental and I can't say enough about Dr. Patel and associates. I had a horrible experience at my last dental office and I know I am in good hands now. Dr. Patel is very kind, very thorough, listens and is also great about addressing any concerns you may have.
