We came to Brondes Ford from two hours away to purchase a used truck. We were somewhat nervous of not shopping local, but with the current car market, that is not easy. I first met Troy Williams over the phone. He was upfront and honest about the vehicle. He put our minds to ease for the trip to see and purchase the vehicle. I have been leasing from Brondes Ford for a decade now. Marc Monroe has gone above and beyond each and every time I have walked through the door. He really does have the best interest of the customer and works hard to meet your requests. This past year has been crazy for everyone and Brondes has done a great job in its adaption and customer service. 10/10
