We were going to be in Canto IL for an evening business trip and while looking for a place to stay I saw the Heritage Grand Inn. This place is 2 minutes from our business meeting location, easy in and out, clean, CLEAN! The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Can't comment on the breakfast because the bed was so comfy that I slept through it.

This hotel was awesome! Very clean and the staff was so nice! I live in FTL but my sisters are in Canton, I visit a few times a year and will definitely be staying there again, especially for the price! The other option in town that was so expensive! Stayed here one night with my wife while we were visiting relatives nearby.

The rooms were clean and the employees are friendly. They even informed us that they have laundry facilities for guests to use. The only problem with the Inn is that it is two stories, and there are no elevators to take guests to the second floor, which is needed for elderly guests, guests with heavy luggage or a lot of luggage, or even bad knees.

The place provided an adequate stay for our time in Canton. It was very quiet with no issues. Breakfast was lacking, but there were plenty of other options in town. Only complaint was that some of the TV’s in other rooms that our families stayed in were very small and the double beds were pretty small for a couple.

We found an obnoxious amount of ants in our room the second night. We had been gone literally all day at a family reunion. Owner refused to refund us or move us. While packing up our stuff, we found 3 sticky mouse traps. Gross! Disgusting. And horribly managed. He blamed us for the ants. Saying we spilt something to attract them. How did they get in? And how do you explain the mouse traps? I'd give a zero rating if I could.
