Cobblestone Inspections owner Kevin Melquist brings more than 20 years of extensive, hands-on, real-life construction industry experience to home and commercial inspections. Kevin at Cobblestone was highly recommended to me by my realtor. They were very accommodating of our request for Kevin specifically and he did a great job with the inspection! Not only do I feel like he performed a thorough inspection and explained everything to us well, but he also provided us some great ideas for how to improve the house in the future. This included letting us know that the chimney could be removed to greatly open up the kitchen.

Went out to meet with the inspector at the house I'm interested in buying. He is a knowledgeable guy and professional. Not really sure how the cost compares to others as they were recommended to us by a friend. The inspector explained stuff to me like I was 5, which not having much knowledge on house inspections, was appreciated. Also the inspectors name is Kevin Melquist and was super friendly.
