I founded WhiteWing Design in 2005, 12 years after my first use of HTML to create a web page. That first exposure to the web was through a text-only interface when the web was in its infancy. The pace of change, in both content and design, has been rapid and I am as excited today about the Internet as an essential and innovative communication tool as I was 15 years ago.
Beginning in 1995, I developed, designed and managed an award-winning site for the CBS affiliate in Oklahoma City. In addition, I was involved in the development of innovative content including mapping of crime statistics, e-commerce, and streaming video and audio. A victim of its own success, the site was acquired in 2001 by a competing media outlet and disappeared.
