White Willow Farms was one of the first operating granaries in Indiana, built in the early 1940's. The main event barn is just over 5,400 square feet all on a single level, making it one the largest area venues of it's kind! The property is just over 14 acres total and features several outdoor shaded areas, mature trees, and flower fields.
The barn's natural concrete floors and whitewashed walls & ceilings offer an old world elegance and picturesque charm that simply cannot be found in the heart of a city. The barn's spacious layout can comfortably accommodate a large guest list without sacrificing the intimate feel of countryside hospitality.

Services
Joel was previously a local Worship Pastor and Holli is a full-time Real Estate Broker. Holli also has over 10 years of experience in event planning. We have been married 8 years and it all started when we celebrated our marriage in a barn! Two of our greatest passions in life are love and bringing people together!
No matter what your vision is for you big day, you will find a variety of vendors with different budgets and wide menu options. Whether you're looking for a buffet style dinner, or plated and served, you can feel confident that these vendors will provide excellent service and delicious meals! Do we have to use caterers from the list above?
We can accommodate up to 350 guests for a seated event. Please note that events with our max capacity will have a tighter floor plan and not all areas will look the same setup as they are on the tour. The venue is temperature controlled for hot summer events and heated for cold winter days! Although, we do not keep the systems on for all tours.
We are very blessed that so many couples have chosen to work with us to make their big day dreams come true. Cancellations are rare, but should a cancellation happen, we will post the date here as soon as we know it is available. My husband & I had our wedding, ceremony, and reception all at white willow farms and I cannot say enough about how amazing it was. The venue, the set up was all amazing. Cindy, Holli, and Joel all take so much time out of their days to help you make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. I highly recommend white willow farms!

Visited White Willow Farms for an event. This barn makes a statement from the moment you walk up--its beautiful! A wedding here would be gorgeous.
What a saw used at this venue for the event I attended:
- Food carts outside
- Parking with traffic directors
- Restroom Trailer
- Stage
- Bar Counter
- Mic system
- Space on the edges of the room for vendor tables to be set up
- Round tables and chairs that seats 9
- Roughly 25 tables
This venue is removed enough from the city to give you a charming country barn event, yet close enough to 31 that it's easily accessible. Had a great experience

White willow was our dream venue and after working with their team to plan our wedding I am so glad we chose them. They do everything to make your day special. As a bride you come up with so many questions along the way, and they were responsive and extremely helpful. The barn is beautiful and our guests commented on how convenient and comfortable it was. The bridal and groom suites are cute and spacious. We could not recommend this venue more.

Wow! Working with WWF was an absolute dream. From the very first tour, they were kind, detailed, thorough, and extremely flexible. In today's world, it was such a breath of fresh air to work with a vendor we can trust so deeply. Not only is their space beautiful, but they are truly a fantastic team to work with. Your vendors can make or break your day, so don't settle for someone you don't trust. If you are even considering WWF as a venue option, VISIT. Truly, you will not be disappointed.
